Filter by neighborhood, budget, rooms and furnished or not, and swipe. When the owner or agency accepts, you chat and book a viewing, without sharing your number.

Good to know

  • The legal deposit (fianza) for a home is one month's rent; the landlord may ask for an additional guarantee.
  • For a main residence, the tenant can extend the lease up to 5 years (7 if the landlord is a company).
  • Since 2023, agency fees for a residential rental are paid by the landlord, not the tenant.
