Contact details, only when it's real
A match opens an in-app chat, nothing more. Full names and phone numbers are revealed to both sides only once a viewing is confirmed — and the exact address too.
Report in one tap
Fake property, absurd price or inappropriate content? Every listing has a report button. Our moderation team reviews each report and removes listings that break the rules.
Honest, double-blind reviews
After a viewing, each side has 14 days to rate the other. Reviews are published together, so nobody writes theirs in reaction to the other's.
Your data, your call
We only collect what the service needs, with your explicit consent and a stated purpose. Export your data or delete your account at any time from the app.
Tips for a safe viewing
- Visit in daylight and tell someone where you're going.
- Never pay a deposit before visiting the property and signing a contract.
- CasaLik never asks home seekers for a payment.
- Keep the conversation in the app until the viewing is confirmed.
- Something feels off? Report the listing — it's anonymous.
