- **When can I see the advertiser's phone number?** Only once a viewing is confirmed. A match opens the chat, but full names and phone numbers stay hidden on both sides until the viewing is confirmed. Then both of you see each other's details.
- **How do reviews work?** After a viewing, both sides can leave a review within 14 days. Reviews are double-blind: yours is published once the other person has left theirs, or when the 14 days are over.
- **Can I delete my account and my data?** Yes, at any time, from the Account screen. You can also export a copy of your personal data before leaving.
